These terms and conditions apply to all our services made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. HotelPeeps.com makes this Website available to all users (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), subject to the unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.

By accessing, browsing and using our website or our application through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you are an adult (at least 18 years old) and acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

HotelPeeps.com (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") a nd the Facebook Application HotelPeeps (hereafter collectively referred to as the "Facebook application") are affiliates of Paravion.ro (hereinafter referred to as "Paravion Tour"). All sales are provided and operated by Paravion Tour, a Romanian company with its head office in Bucharest at Metropolis Center, 89-97 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, 4th floor, West Wing, 1st District, Tax ID Code No. RO26651851, telephone (+40) 21 30 70 693, email: hotel@paravion.ro, registered in the Commercial Registry: J40/2714/2010, and with Travel Agency License No. 5710 (hereinafter referred to as "Paravion Tour").

These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online hotel reservation service provided on these pages and through the website (the "service") are owned by Zitec COM and provided by Paravion Tour, the travel agency operating HotelPeeps.com.

Using the site can be made only after accepting the Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, do not use this site.

1. Scope of our Service

The HotelPeeps.com website provides the User with access to information about the hotels bookings offered by Paravion Tour and, in certain cases, he or she can make reservations and buy these products from Paravion Tour.

This Website is solely and exclusively for the User's personal use. The Website may not be modified, reproduced, duplicated, copied, distributed, sold, resold or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

The User agrees not to use this Website for illegal or prohibited purposes. In particular, the User accepts that he or she will only use this Website for him/herself and that the products or services purchased through this Website will be for his or her own use or consumption, or the use or consumption of persons on behalf of whom he or she is legally authorised to act. The User shall not resell to third parties products or services purchased through this Website.

2. Purchasing products and service through the Website

The HotelPeeps Website provides the User with access to information about the products and services of third parties related to tourism and trips and, in certain cases, he or she can make reservations and buy these products and services from the corresponding Suppliers, via the on-line payment system, payU.

Reservations or purchases by the User of products or services of any Suppliers chosen by the User shall be subject to the specific terms and conditions that the Suppliers establish for each case.

The User agrees to accept and comply with the purchase terms and conditions established by any Supplier from which the User chooses to purchase services, including but not limited to the payment of any amounts due and compliance with any regulations and restrictions related to the availability of proposed fares, products or services. In the event that there are special regulations or restrictions that may affect certain fares, products or services selected by the User, such special regulations or restrictions shall be clearly displayed to the User on the screen before proceeding to the reservation.

The preparation and updating of information on offers, products or services, prices, routes, distances, features and any other data and other relevant information about the products and services offered through the Website is the sole responsibility of the respective Suppliers of the products and services. Moreover, HotelPeeps is not responsible for the maintenance, supervision or updating of said data and information, or for verifying its truthfulness, updating, accuracy or completeness.

HotelPeeps does not guarantee that information on the Site (including without limitation prices, descriptions or dates) is free from errors or omissions but we will use all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to our attention. Please note that the published information may change at any time.

3. Prices and Special Hotel Deals

The prices, correspond to the rates provided by the suppliers. The prices may vary according to the reservation period: high season period, tourism or any other type of event or according to the particular conditions imposed by the HotelPeeps partners/suppliers.

The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the HotelPeeps website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed including all taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email.

Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific stay at a hotel, however, these rates made by hotels may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

4. Privacy

HotelPeeps.com uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We receive and store any information you enter on our website. This includes information that can identify you (“personal information”), including your first and last name, telephone number, postal and email addresses and billing information. We may also request information about your hotel room preferences. You can choose not to provide information to us, but in general most of the information we request from you is required in order for you reserve a hotel and the lack of such information prevents us from completing the hotel reservation.

In any event, HotelPeeps guarantees the confidential processing of the User's personal data as well as the server on which it is stored. Said data shall be subject to the safety measures required to avoid unauthorised access by third parties.

We automatically collect some information about your computer when you visit this website. For example, we will collect your IP address, Web browser software (such as Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer), and referring website. We also may collect information about your online activity, such as trips viewed and bookings made. Our goals in collecting this automatic information are helping customize your user experience and inhibiting fraud.

In addition, if the User participates in a contest or promotion, HotelPeeps will request his or her name, postal address and email address to organise the contest or promotion in question and to notify the winner(s).

By granting express acceptance to receive newsletters on travel offers and ideas, the User also accepts that he or she may receive advertising messages, both those contained in newsletters and those that are sent which only contain exclusive information for the User.

5. Payment

Payment methods other than those stated on the Site will not be accepted and no responsibility is accepted for cash sent through the post.

For certain rates or special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

If an inconvenience occurs during the payment process (insufficient funds, declined authorization etc) we reserve the right to automatically cancel the reservation and decline all responsibility.

The following types of credit card are to be used by the customer for the payment: Visa, Mastercard.

The customer who makes the reservation must be authorized to make a payment with one of the above mentioned credit card types. Paravion Tour, the agency operating HotelPeeps.com, is free from any responsibility for any payment which is not authorized.

6. Cancellation

By making a reservation on HotelPeeps, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel (the delivery terms and conditions of a hotel can be obtained with the relevant hotel).

The general cancellation and no-show policy is made available on our website on the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

A cancellation can be only made prior to the arrival date. Any booking with the check in made at the hotel reception, is non-refundable.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, you can do this through the on-line system or, in case of a system malfunction, Reservations Department and help desk can be contacted. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation carefully prior to making your reservation.

7. Complaints and Refund conditions

Any complaint must be lodged in written at Paravion Tour office within maximum 30 days from checkout. We won't take into account any complaints that have not been subjected to the hotel's attention during the client's stay. Any complaint must be reported to the hotel on the spot.

We are not responsible for compensating any situation that could have been solved on the spot if the hotel had been informed.

The refund requests, as a result of not using the entire touristic service, must be accompanied by a written confirmation from the hotel. This confirmation does not guarantee the refund of the value of services not used. The refund request will be honored only if the hotel accepts the refund.

All bookings will be honored only for the persons on the names of whom the booking was made. Name changes are not allowed.

The client agrees that Paravion Tour cannot be responsible for the re-accommodation situations, out of its control. Thus, in case of overbooking or other types of special situations that lead Paravion Tour to re-accommodate the client, Paravion Tour undertakes to provide to the client a similar alternative to the initial booking (equivalent standing, equivalent comfort conditions, same period, same area) or to fully refund the value of the booking in case of the impossibility of offering an alternative. In case the client decides to refuse the alternative duly provided by Paravion Tour, he simultaneously renounces to his right to claim any indemnifications.

If the client does not show up on the scheduled date, Paravion Tour will charge a fee to the cancellation conditions of the booking.

8. Useful information

Check-in is usually made between 12:00 and 14:00, local time, on the day of the scheduled arrival. In order to avoid any problems upon check-in, please inform us in case of late arrival.

All the hotels displayed on HotelPeeps require at least one of the passengers to be over 18 years of age. In case the clients are under 25 years old and they book hotels in the USA, they are asked to contact the hotel directly for clarifications.

The meals included in each tariff are mentioned under the "Meals Included" heading.

In some destinations, local taxes payable directly at the hotel may be required.

Some hotels may have fluctuant tariffs that may change daily. The tariff is guaranteed only for a confirmed booking. Refund requests based on the fact that the selling price was close to or over the reception desk price are not acceptable.

The hotel's management has the right to require a credit card details or a deposit that can cover and guarantee any additional costs that may occur during your stay.

After completing the booking, please check and make sure all the voucher details ( like the hotel's address, the information about the hotel, town and country ) are correct. This way you will be safe from any inconveniences caused by a system error.

9. Litigations

HotelPeeps or Paravion Tour shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising at the hotel regarding: reception, comfort level, rates, availability, quality of the product and services.

All the texts published on our sites and the general Terms and Conditions have been elaborated in English. In case of dispute, the texts in English shall prevail and shall be the only texts that can be referred to. Any legal action shall be based on the English texts. Paravion Tour acknowledges that the texts published on all its sites and the general Terms and Conditions in any other foreign languages are solely translations of the original English texts.

The parties agree that all disputes that can arise from the present contract shall be subject to the exclusive competency of the Romanian law courts and all the taxes and fees shall be covered by the party that files a lawsuit.

Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available on or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by HotelPeeps.com., its suppliers or providers.
